Property owners should have received correspondence from the Board of Tax Assessors. This document is titled Official Tax Matter – 2023 Tax Year, which is a property owner’s Annual Assessment Notice. If you wish to file an appeal it must be filed with the tax assessor by August 7, 2023.

Please note at the bottom of the document the following:

  • This document is NOT a tax bill – DO NOT send payment.
  • This is only an estimate based on last year’s millage rates from both the County and School.
  • The actual tax bill you receive later may be more or less than this estimate.
